May Day Lunch

A tasty dish for a leisurely lunch on a bank holiday Monday. Lemon, lavender and honey roast chicken and cauliflower bake with hazlenut crunch crust. Yummy in the belly. My take on another delicious recipe from Rachel Khoo.
