An Ode to Kylie

Hi again. Just me. I thought I'd be a bit random today and discuss my fan-like admiration for Kylie Minogue. The singing budgie. The Australian pop Queen... She's been reigning at the top for over 20years now and I never seem to come across any fans, it's weird. Ok, yes, you log onto myspace or facebook or Kylie's own forum and you can't count the number of fans. But I can't actually say the last time I met one of them. I always get the mickey taken out of me for being a fan of Miss Minogue (but it hasn't deterred me for the past 20 years) I just wondered if really a lot of people are closet fans. They just won't come out and say 'I'm a Kylie fan" who knows, but whoever it is that keeps buying her records, they're doing a good job at keeping her at the top! I'm off to see the little lady herself in July (twice, I might add) which should be as good as the past two years, if not better. Minogue is now famed for her extravangant, theatre - like concert sets and it's always exciting to see what she's bringing to the stage next!

I also thought I'd mention her admission to false diagnosis yesterday aswell. I think she's raised an important issue and we all need to take heed. I've included the interview and performance Kylie made on the Eleen Degeneres show. Her aim: World domination.
